Silver Zinc Plating

Blue or Clear Zinc is a coating that is achieved through trivalent based processes. This process results in a blue-ish hue, which can be a great option for those looking for a unique finish for their metal products.

Gold Zinc Plating

Yellow Zinc (Gold) is the most common type of zinc plating used in automotive parts finishing. Gold is its colour only

Zinc Phosphate

Zinc phosphate is mainly used for rust proofing on ferrous metals and is a chemical treatment applied to steel parts creating a thin adhering layer of iron.

Jet Black Zinc Plating

Black zinc plating refers to the colour of the chromate that is applied during the post plating process.

Glass Shield

The Glass Shield process is an effective way to protect zinc from corrosion. By binding with the passivation layer, it creates a durable finish that provides extra protection against salt spray. However, it's important to note that once the item is coated with this process, it cannot be painted.

Olive drab zinc plating protects parts from corrosion and galling. It involves applying zinc plating and a chromate coating for a durable, uniform finish that resists corrosion.

Olive Drab

Rack Plating

Rack plating is a widely used electroplating method that is particularly effective for plating parts that are challenging to plate using other processes. This method involves mounting the parts onto a fixture or jig, commonly referred to as a "rack," and immersing them in a plating solution bath. The process ensures a high-quality finish and is a choice for many industries.

Barrel Plating

Barrel plating is a highly efficient form of electroplating that is used for plating a large number of smaller metal objects. The process involves placing the objects in a nonductive barrel-shaped cage before immersing them in a chemical bath where they become plated.
